Life can feel overwhelming at times.
This group is for adults (18+) who are experiencing common mental health challenges such as depression, low mood, and anxiety.
While many people find the idea of joining a group intimidating, group therapy can be a deeply transformative experience. Being with others who share similar challenges can be profoundly healing, helping us reconnect with ourselves, with others, and with a more hopeful future.
Group work can also be a more affordable alternative to individual counselling.
The group will consist of up to ten members at any one time, ensuring everyone has the chance to be seen and heard. It is an inclusive space that welcomes everyone.
The group will be facilitated by UKCP psychotherapist Chris Rolls, who has over 30 years’ experience facilitating groups.
